Choosing a wine glass
A clean, roomy and comfortable glass is often enough for better tasting.
Choose clear glass so you can see the wine without added colour.
A gently narrowing bowl gathers aromas above the wine.
Leave room to swirl; there is no need to fill the glass.
Shape can focus aromas, but a clean glass at the right temperature matters more than an expensive model. For a fair comparison, start with two glasses of the same shape and size.
