Terms depend on each image. A credit identifies provenance; it does not by itself grant permission to reuse the image.

Third-party photographs and images

Read the source and licence displayed with each photograph. Follow requirements for attribution, noting modifications and sharing under the same terms where applicable. Public-domain status does not remove other applicable rights. France Vins cannot grant additional rights to third-party images.

Editorial illustrations and artificial intelligence

Images labelled as AI-generated depict synthetic scenes rather than documentary photographs of real places, people or events. Publication grants no general reuse licence. A prior request allows provenance and third-party elements to be checked. This notice does not automatically claim exclusive copyright over elements generated solely by AI.

Visual identity and logos

The name and visual identity identify the site. Their presence does not automatically authorise reuse or imply a partnership. Logos of other organisations and businesses remain separate; consult their own credits and terms.

Request reuse or correct a credit

Specify the page, file and intended use: medium, context, distribution and changes. For a third-party image, first consult its source and licence. Publisher contact details appear in the legal notice.
