Mendoza and Salta go beyond a single image of Argentine Malbec. Site and altitude change ripening; Torrontés Riojano introduces aromatic whites. Look for a precise valley or town and the wine sheet.
Names and label clues
Malbec is also Côt in France. Torrontés Riojano is a grape: Riojano does not mean Spanish Rioja origin. Do not infer sugar from floral aromas.
