A Portuguese white to explore in Vinho Verde.
Vinho Verde is not defined by Alvarinho alone. Check whether the bottle is single-varietal or a blend.

What to notice
Try plain fish, then fish with lemon sauce. Record which element changes the balance between dish and wine.
Explore styles and places
Style descriptions are guides, not rules: vintage, vineyard, blending and maturation change the result.
Vinho Verde — “Verde” does not mean the wine is green in colour.
